What is the award?

For each winning category, there will be:

•  $2000
• A "Best Practice" trophy and certificate
•  An invitation to participate in the "International conference on: Effective strategies for the Prevention of Child Online Pornography, Trafficking and Abuse" that will be held in May 2009 in Bahrain

What are the areas that the award focus on?

Awards are presented to best practices in child protection and prevention that are utilizing creativity and new dimensions. The practices should focus on one or more of the following areas:

• Online protection (abuse, pornography,....)
• Cyber bullying
• Sexual abuse
• Emotional abuse, physical abuse or neglect
• Society and/or parent awareness

What are the areas of implementation?

The practice should bring up a solution or preventive action. The practice can be utilizing one or more of the below practices:

• Project
• Multimedia
• Law (government, school, hospital, ..)
• Art
• Other.. (please specify)
